● Extraordinary crushing power, no jamming: This kitchen waste shredder is built on a powerful crushing, low-speed roller design that also has high-quality alloy steel blades. The dual-shaft crushing and grinding machine has an asynchronous mechanism with an anti-jamming function; in case of a blockage, the blades will instantly reverse. ● Water-separation: The food waste shredding machine is based on a spiral extrusion dehydration technique for the separation of solid and liquid components. There is an internal compression cone that is responsible for regulating the final moisture content. When cleaning, the compression cone extends automatically, thereby allowing the waste to be thoroughly removed from the compression chamber. A sediment collecting reservoir will be preventing the residue from getting into the drain. ● Self-cleaning: Fully automatic inner cleaning. There are high-pressure nozzles on every conveyor chain, crushing, and pressing unit to keep the interior clean. A manual external water sprayer is provided for a more complete thorough cleaning and also helps in removing smells.
