● Solid-liquid separation: Solid-liquid separation: The kitchen waste shredder machine unit uses a screw-press to separate the solids from the liquid. When cleaning, the compression cone automatically pulls back so that the compression chamber can be completely water rinsed; a residue tray is built-in to keep the drain system ‍‌‍‍‌debris-free.

● Automatic cleaning: The fully automated in-house cleaning system features high-pressure water spray nozzles that spray the chain-plate conveyor, shredding, compression, and elevator sections to ensure cleanliness. The food waste dewatering machine comes with a dispenser tank and regulating pump that supply disinfectant/cleaning agents, which are accurately dosed during cleaning periods.
