Tableware‍‌‍‍‌ Recognition by the Machine – Upon reaching the main conveyor line, where plateware is all mixed (plates, bowls, trays, cutlery), high-tech sensors and computer vision technology work hand in hand to identify each item. This feature eliminates the need for a manual separation stage before sorting.
   Sort at Speed – Utilizing the data from the identification, the system guides every single piece via guided chutes and belt transfers to its washing module, matching the piece. In this targeted way, glassware gets gentle washing, big metal trays are properly handled, and ceramic bowls are washed adequately without causing cracks.
   Integrated Table Cleaning & Disinfection – Wash zones with high-pressure jet arms, detergent injection, and final rinse water hotter than 82°C for effective disinfection are set up separately according to the tableware kinds.
   Drying & Output – A system of dryers operating via hot air makes the tableware either ready for stacking immediately or for direct delivery to the serving lines.
   Self-cleaning Line Flush – To keep the hygiene level high and to ensure no bacteria/scale buildup, the system automatically flushes the internal parts at the end of each work ‍‌‍‍‌shift.
