Amidst the bright spring sunshine and the awakening of nature, we organized this team-building event to unite our workforce, relieve daily work stress, enhance communication and collaboration across departments, and strengthen team cohesion and unity.
Our first stop was the Longting Outdoor Jinquan Camp in Haishu District. Stepping off the bus, we were greeted by clear skies and a gentle, warm breeze; the foliage was a vibrant, lush green, and clusters of mulberries—deep purple-black and glistening—hung heavy on the branches. Plucking one to taste, the sweet, refreshing juice spread across the palate, while the warmth of the sun and the gentle touch of nature washed away the fatigue of the journey.
Delicious as the mulberries were, we couldn't fill up on them just yet—there was plenty more fun and food awaiting us ahead. Inside the canopy tents, an array of fruits, pastries, and barbecue ingredients had been prepared, and teams quickly organized themselves for the tasks at hand.
The barbecue was accompanied by engaging interactive quizzes covering topics such as corporate knowledge, national affairs, history, general knowledge, and brain teasers, alongside a classic "guess the song" game. Correct answers earned participants lovely prizes. The staff’s enthusiasm was palpable; active participation fostered better communication among colleagues and strengthened team unity.
The land is at peace, and the times are tranquil. The prosperity and stability we enjoy today are the fruits of the bloody battles and selfless sacrifices of revolutionary forebears and heroic soldiers. As we cherish our current well-being, we must remain grateful, honor the heroic deeds of the past, and carry forward that spirit of unwavering loyalty.
For our second stop, we visited the "Red Base" in Jian'ao Village. Guided by staff, we toured sites such as the Meiyuan Revolutionary History Exhibition Hall and the former site of the CPC Yinfeng County Committee. Listening to revolutionary stories and reflecting on the "Red spirit," we immersed ourselves in this educational experience—cultivating a spirit of diligent endeavor and deepening our love for both country and company. By visiting these historic sites and reflecting on the revolutionary era, we drew spiritual strength and forged a shared commitment to moving forward together. The third stop was Tashan Weir, where we marveled at the enduring charm of this World Heritage Irrigation Structure, appreciated the wisdom and foresight of the ancients, and enjoyed the natural beauty of spring—a perfect opportunity to relax and rejuvenate. We also sampled traditional Ningbo delicacies—Intangible Cultural Heritage snacks such as *Huizhituan* (alkaline rice cakes), *Wumifan* (black glutinous rice), and *Mulian* jelly. The *Huizhituan*, crafted with care by local artisans, offered a delightful chewy yet soft texture and a sweet, fragrant flavor; embodying the local heritage of Ningbo, these treats made for wonderful souvenirs to take home.
Time flew by, and before we knew it, it was time to head back. We are deeply grateful to our boss for meticulously organizing this team-building event, which provided us with warmth and renewed energy amidst our busy work schedules. Journeying together, we fostered mutual understanding and support; the trip not only helped us unwind but also strengthened our team cohesion. Moving forward, we are committed to working in unison and giving our all to live up to the trust and expectations placed in us. Let us forge ahead together and achieve even greater success!
