1. Precise Cutting Process of Food-Grade Stainless Steel
The whole machine is made of commercial-grade stainless steel raw materials that comply with food contact safety standards. Before warehousing, all raw materials undergo strict screening to verify the rust and corrosion resistance of the plates, ensuring high-quality base materials from the source. The workshop adopts precision CNC cutting technology for plate shaping and blanking. High-precision equipment ensures uniform plate size with a dimensional tolerance controlled within ±0.1mm. After cutting, the plate edges are trimmed to remove tiny burrs and calibrate specifications, ensuring all raw materials are standard in size and neat in appearance to lay a solid foundation for precise assembly.
2. Precision CNC Bending Forming Process
Core structures such as the equipment inner tank, double-layer heat insulation door and outer shell are integrally formed through mature CNC bending technology. A standardized parameter system ensures accurate shaping of bending angles, radian and depth, delivering high flatness, regular structure and tight splicing of the machine shell. After forming, fine calibration is performed on structural gaps and shell flatness to optimize the fitting degree of the double-layer heat-insulated and noise-reducing door. This ensures excellent overall airtightness and structural stability, achieving quieter operation, better heat insulation effect, and upgraded structural bearing capacity and durability.

3. Integrated Welding and Precision Polishing Process
Key welding seams of the equipment inner tank, load-bearing structure and closed splicing are processed with standardized welding technology. The welding seams are fully fused, evenly stressed, and highly airtight and structural. They can adapt to long-term working conditions of high-temperature hot water and detergent immersion, effectively preventing virtual welding, missing welding, water seepage and rusting. After welding, all welding seams and edges of the machine are comprehensively polished and refined to remove sharp burrs and smooth the welding texture. Professional stainless steel anti-oxidation treatment is implemented to eliminate internal hygiene dead corners, balancing structural stability, food-grade cleanliness and high-end overall texture.
4. Modular Precision Assembly Process
The workshop adopts a modular assembly line mode for standardized and systematic whole-machine assembly. All components are installed in precise alignment in accordance with unified process standards, including concave anti-clogging spray pipes, quick-detachable upper and lower washing arms, variable-frequency conveying motors, food-grade engineering plastic net claws, intelligent control panels, digital temperature control modules and core heating components. The entire assembly process strictly checks component models and assembly standards to avoid incorrect installation, missing installation and assembly defects, ensuring consistent assembly accuracy and stable operating structure of each device.

5. Full-Dimensional Performance Quality Control Process
Every fully assembled equipment undergoes a complete set of refined full-dimensional performance tests under strict factory quality control standards. Core performances are verified item by item: cavity high-pressure pressure holding tests eliminate water seepage risks of the inner tank and pipelines; the temperature control system is precisely calibrated to maintain a constant temperature of 55-60℃ for washing and 82℃ for high-temperature disinfection and rinsing, ensuring compliant disinfection and stable cleaning performance. The operation status of the variable-frequency conveying mesh belt is finely debugged, and the bearing and corrosion resistance of mesh claws are verified to ensure stable and smooth conveying operation. In addition, door heat insulation effect and overall operating noise are carefully tested to optimize user experience. All minor defects are rectified and re-inspected on-site before delivery, with the factory yield rate stably reaching 99.8%.
6. Cleaning Protection & Export-Standard Packaging Process
Before delivery, the equipment undergoes professional degreasing, dust removal and drying cleaning to completely remove production residues and meet cleanliness standards. After cleaning, the whole machine is wrapped with protective films with reinforced anti-collision treatment for edges and corners. For ocean export scenarios, customized shockproof frames made of fumigated wood are adopted, which comply with international maritime quarantine standards and pass the 71℃ thermal sensitivity test, featuring high temperature resistance, mildew resistance and pest resistance to adapt to complex ocean transportation environments. High-quality buffer materials are filled internally to prevent collision, deformation and moisture damage during long-distance transportation. Finally, complete supporting documents including full English manuals, test reports and export qualification certificates are sorted out for standardized packaging and shipment, ensuring all exported equipment is intact, fully documented and fully compliant.
